- We will deliver you a shortlist of profiles (together with portfolios where necessary), including a brief on the candidate, their motivations for this specific role and where they meet the criteria together with logistical factors (i.e. if seeking remote work).

- We will facilitate every aspect of the recruitment process (unless instructed otherwise). From interview coordination, scheduling, preparation, candidate feedback and next steps.
- You will receive a weekly update on the status of candidates in process and the data behind our sourcing campaign
- Upon completing a satisfactory interview process. We will assist in the offer negotiation and take responsibility for seeking a mutually beneficial outcome for both Candidate and Client.
